I needed to replace my older ones. I like them but there are a couple things that I'm not crazy about. One thing is it feels like I'm wearing a bulky pad. Number 2 is that I wish the underwear part wasn't as sheer as it is. One thing that I'd like to see is more of the absorbent panel go to the side of the underwear. I will order more to replace my worn out pairs. Overall, I gave them 4 stars.
